Nursing Comfort Prior to use, we recommend a gentle wipe with a warm cloth, then warm a small amount in the palm of your hand and apply to tender nipples after each nursing. Allow salve to absorb and repeat as often as needed. Remove any residual salve with a warm cloth before nursing. Baby Wash Castile is all-purpose. Feel free to experiment. If you find you need more, use more. If you think a little less will work, do that. If you discover a perfect ratio, let us know! Herbal Sitz Bath Place the herbs in your tub while filling it with warm water to hip height. Soak once a day for 10 minutes. Each bag may be used 2-3 times before discarding.
